Home Comforts 

The cottage has a comfortable sitting room complete with a welcoming log burning stove and a spacious kitchen diner. To the rear of the property is a secluded courtyard garden – perfect for relaxing on a summer’s evening.

A welcome pack will await you on arrival which will include, tea bags, coffee, sugar & milk. If fresh eggs are available from our hens we will include these. A bottle of wine and a basket of logs is a must. 

We provide quality towels and bedding for your stay with linen change on a Saturday if your staying more than a week. If you are celebrating a special occasion, please let us know as we can arrange at a small fee for a bottle of Champagne to await you.

Bookings via third parties are likely to include commission.

Prices are based on a stay of seven nights.

A deposit of £100 is due at the time of booking with the remaining balance due in full no later than four weeks before the start of your stay.

General Information

  • There is gas fired central heating with thermostatically controlled radiators to every room.
  • You get a supply of logs for the log burner.
  • There is full broadband wireless internet access within the cottage, free of charge.
  • There is a secluded garden area with tables and chairs.
  • Towels & Bed linen included.
  • We do not allow smoking in the cottage.
  • We allow guests to bring ONE small dog to stay in the cottage.
  • There is parking along the street outside the cottage and a parking permit is available for a large car and one small car can park in the garage (or it can be used for bike storage).
